Tunbridge Wells and Rusthall Commons


The below letter came as a shock to us, the editors and creators of the WEBSITE "Friends of the Commons".

We spent not only weeks but months of our time to keep this website informative and interesting. Further we produced during the years 2003-2008 the Friends' NEWSLETTER "Common Ground" and established the whole Newsletter archive back to 1991. — This was done without expectation of financial rewards but with the usual constraints regarding intellectual property.

Therefore we RESERVE ALL RIGHTS on ALL previously done and published work on the site www.friendsofthecommons.org.uk .

As no consultation or justification for this drastic step had happened, we hope that the many previous visitors to this site understand our frustration and anger.
